I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sears (Flint, MI) in Feb 2010
Interview
HAD TO GO FOR THREE INTERVIEWS BEFORE BEING HIRED. Management had interview set up twice and twice the manage was a no-show. The third time I actually met with a live person. Was hired by the store manager who was actually very professional. Unfortunately he is no longer there!
Management looks out for management and could care less about the employees. There are actually only two Managers who are compassionate and helpful if we needed management approval in front of a customer. (Both of these managers are women---One is Kathy R. and the other is Lisa O.(Assistant store manager)
The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sears (Clay, NY)
Interview
It was my first job, and it was a fairly standard interview at the time. It was difficult, because the hiring manager was not there, despite having should been. I was told to check back for three days in a row, before the person that made me the offer just happened to be there and decided to conduct an interview after three days of checking back.
Application

Interview
