I was contacted for a Home Solution - Lead Developer position. Hiring manager was VERY unprepared with what questions she would be asking me. She ended up asking me whatever that was on my resume - education, previous work experience, etc. She also asked what did I think was the job all about. I was definitely over prepared for the interview.
