filled out application and on line accessment then I got an email to fill out more paperwork. I talked to someone on the phone and they said within the next few week they will be making a decision and would I be able to come to Georgia for a final interview and I told them I would and then we got off the phone and they emailed me again.

Interview
Started with a phone interview and then invited to meet with several people face to face. Had a great first impression and management in my department. Each manager was with a different department and share candid information on the direction of the company and the business as it applied to the position I was interview for. Smooth process.

the interview was an online interview, questions were asked and you were recorded. I thought the process was very awkward. Not able to talk to a real person, very uncomfortable.
