Very good questions technique and hr, they are looking for the people really fit to their working environment.
Very good IT company, which is very rare in Lille.No need to speak French perfectly (just english is good enough). The company is very open-minded, welcome to all different culture background.

Plusieurs étapes dans le processus:
- Entretien RH de 30 minutes avec des questions basiques sans entrer dans les détails
- Entretien manager d'1h
- Entretien technique avec toute l'équipe d'1h20 environ
- Entretien RH de 45min
