Interview
You apply on their career site, and if they decide to move forward, you will get an email or text message letting you know the time for the interview. On the interview day, you get there, meet with the manager on site. They conduct the interview and make the decision to hire you or not immediately after that process. If hired, you will go through some basic paper works like background check, personal documents, etc. Then you will be schedule for a week of training on their computer before going on the sale floor.

Tell a personal experience that you would describe to be a great example of good customer service and vice versa.
It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
Great attention to detail and fluid information there were multiple follow ups the process was smooth I would others to look into this opportunity everything was structured communication was fluid
