I interviewed in 2016. The interview was very casual, was not even sit-down. I was hired on the spot, likely due to extreme staffing shortage. They liked that I wanted more experience with customer service, and that I had had some experience in the past year. Overall easy job to interview for. They performed a drug test at a different date.

How would you approach a situation in which a customer requests assistance elsewhere in the store?
Great we had a lot of questions and answers back and forth repeatedly and information back and forth again it was a good conversation. I would want to interview again one at a time and more information would be used
Simple questions and fairly easy. It contains your basic interview questions like why should we hire you and questions like that. They asked about four questions and I got an offer fairly quick.
so easy anyone could pass, very doable questions and even got the offer on the spot. i felt really confident in every single question i answered. the lady was very nice.
