I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Safeway (Towson, MD)
Interview
I had submitted an application online and got a call back a few weeks later. There was not a formal interview, all the applicants were gathered together. I had to submit to a drug test on the spot. I then had to do an online orientation and then further training at the store.
Great we had a lot of questions and answers back and forth repeatedly and information back and forth again it was a good conversation. I would want to interview again one at a time and more information would be used
Simple questions and fairly easy. It contains your basic interview questions like why should we hire you and questions like that. They asked about four questions and I got an offer fairly quick.
so easy anyone could pass, very doable questions and even got the offer on the spot. i felt really confident in every single question i answered. the lady was very nice.
