Interview
This was pre-covid and I'm local to the HQ in Atlanta, so we had an in-person group interview after a phone interview. The in-person was at a local restaurant and was very conversational. It represented how the company is as a whole - engaging and inviting.

Standard: how do you treat difficult projects? How do you approach frustrated clients, etc.

Interview
Confusing and delayed. Adding a childish assessment that grades is built in 1997. I’m not sure how something that old can determine a person’s eligibility or not. This place seems like a sham.
