I filled out an online application that I submitted and waited for a reply. I received a call from the overall talent specialist at SSM that asked me a few general questions about myself and what area of nursing I was most interested in. They performed a background check and told me I would have an interview with the charge nurse on the floor I would potentially be working on. She asked me more nursing specific questions over the phone that had to do with nursing.

The interview process was a very relaxed environment and professional. My interviewer was very open and honest about the job I was applying for and answered any questioned that I had.
