I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very personal, straight to the point, lots of dialogue and interaction. Questions of how do I fit into SSM, spoke on my background and educational training. What I expected from them as what they expected from me.

Name a time where I went above and beyond helping a customer/patient?
It wasn't as difficult as I thought before. They mostly asked about general questions, and it was quite normal-paced. I don't feel like the interview was intense; so far, I have heard from other people that most of the time they are quite chill with you.

The interview process wasn't too long; i felt like everything moved at a steady pace. I reached out to the recruiter a couple of times to confirm my interest in the position and as for as the hiring process it moved quickly than I'm used too; so i thought that was pretty cool.
