Interview
The interviewing process went pretty quickly, I was able to get in for an interview right away at my convenience. I went through an initial phone interview and three in-person interviews, two in-person interviews which consisted of meeting the staff and doctor and getting a taste of what the position was going to entail.

How would you handle a situation where there was a conflict between you and another employee?
It wasn't as difficult as I thought before. They mostly asked about general questions, and it was quite normal-paced. I don't feel like the interview was intense; so far, I have heard from other people that most of the time they are quite chill with you.

Interview
The interview process wasn't too long; i felt like everything moved at a steady pace. I reached out to the recruiter a couple of times to confirm my interest in the position and as for as the hiring process it moved quickly than I'm used too; so i thought that was pretty cool.
