I applied online. I interviewed at SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner
Interview
It was an on-site meeting - with the hiring managers being remote. I had the impression that they were not prepared. The questions they asked seemed outdated. It was a strange experience.

Interview
Premier entretien RH assez standard.

Interview
I submitted my application online and subsequently participated in the first round of interviews with SNP Group (Malaysia). After a week, I received an email notification inviting me to a second interview.
Interview
The interview process proceeded smoothly, with minimal questions posed by the HR director. She introduced herself, mentioning that she had recently joined the company. Her inquiries focused on the discussions and my understanding from the first round of interviews. It was apparent that she was specifically seeking a candidate who could speak Chinese.
This led me to question my inclusion on the interview list—was it merely for the sake of numbers?
Nearly a month passed without any feedback, and I later discovered that a Chinese-speaking candidate had been selected for the position. It seems that internal politics are at play here as well.
