SLK Group NET Developer interview questions

I had a screening test in Consultancy and then in the company i had the below rounds. 1) Aptitude Test 2) Technical Interview - OOPS Concepts, Sql Queries and Joins 3) Managerial Round 4) HR Interview

I had given interview (experienced) in SLK on 28th Oct'17, Bengaluru. interview was pretty simple. There was one written test(technical), then f2f technical, managerial round and HR round. I had cleared all rounds. Salary negotiation also done. after 2 days they called me and asked for required all docs and I sent. After 10 days they again called me and told we are not able to give you that much hike what we discussed. Then I asked to talk with that HR who had already discussed with me about salary. After that neither they called nor release offer letter. Dear HR, Salary negotiation should be one time. If budget is less then why you are going to hire ??
