First round is external HR, the second round is the manager that I will be work with, and the last round is N+2. After all of these rounds is the final call.
Interviewer was friendly and explained the reinsurance industry to me. Interviewer also asked about the projects I worked on during my free time in school. The interview took about 30 minutes in total.
Very good, interviewer explains the role and company and covers your CV. About 45min in total. Language skills, statistical knowledge and past experiences in insurance were key points that interviewer was interested in.
