Initial screening followed by in depth interview by several managers that went fairly well. Last interview, the person interviewing stopped the 30 minute interview to speak with a co-worker for over 15 minutes and then dismissed me at the scheduled end of interview with, "I'm a hard no because I don't feel like I go to know you."
