Filed out the application online. Received a phone interview about a week later. The human resource person was very friendly. So has everyone that I have come in contact with. Scheduled to have a face to face interview
Very STAR based questions. They ask you to talk about a time you experienced a certain situation, and you tell them what happened. The entire interview was about 2 hours long, three different interviewers back to back.

Talk about a time I dealt with a difficult customer.
Panel interview with 5 production managers. Normal questions and nice guys. Just getting a feel for you as a person and your experience. It was simple and nothing too crazy.

Three round interview process with about 5 different people. It was organized and professional. You get a good idea of what the daily functions are by talking with managers. They ask you questions to make sure you’re willing to take on the challenging tasks as well
