The very fact that my interview was conducted over the weekend and the offer was rolled out the next day, shows RoundSqr's commitment towards hiring. There were three rounds of Interviews(This may not be true in every case): (a) Technical Round-The technical round consists of problems starting from the base level to the advanced level. The level of questions involved both the thought process and handling a new problem technically. (b) Managerial Round- In this round, there were questions from both sides. All the questions which I asked about company were answered thoroughly and honestly. (c) Client Round- In this round the overview about the project and the expectations out of me was explained. Also, I presented one of the demos of my work. All the rounds were conducted smoothly and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
