I applied online and got a call from them like 5 months later. The interview was really easy they just asked me questions about my previous job and then 2 weeks later I got an email with all the new hire paper work!!

They asked basic interview questions; ;tell me about yourself, a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer, talked about past experience in retail, tell about a time when you were in a leadership ship position (if you don't have experience in retail, it could be about a time when you had to take charge on a school project.).
