Had a 4 hour interview and met 4 senior managers. It went very well and the feedback was positive. Wanted to change the position from contracting to FTE role. Asked me to meet 2 managers after 3+ weeks. The initial interview with senior execs was great. Enjoyed the discussion and they really spent sometime to understand what I can bring to the table. The second interview with a manager was dry and prepared questions. I felt they didn't have an idea what skills they were looking for in a candidate. Felt there was a disconnect with in the interview panel regarding this opening.
