I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Dublin, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The process took 2 weeks. Recruiter called me about the position open at Ross HQ for 30 mins. Question about my current role and about history about the position. After a week later, the recruiter set on-site interview with 4 one on one interview that last one hour each... but the actual interview last under 40 mins and they drop me off to the break room till the next interview start. The interview was straight forward. They want to know your past experience and if your the right fit for the position. Sadly, at the end they said they still in the process of interviewing people. I waited about a month and I didn't get a response back if I got a rejected or not.
The most negative thing was they changed the job posting to Senior level a week ago and later I received a computerize email said that they're looking for someone else. That's was unprofessional. Just reject if a person don't fit and I can move on.
