Pre Pandemic The process was made up of multiple steps: 1 - Psychometric and numerical tests online (this is actually the step that most candidates fail on according to the recruitment team 2 - Assessment Day The assessment day comprised a short presentation based on questions provided beforehand, this was followed by a technical interview where questions were asked on materials provided as well as an engine component. The final step was a group task performed in front of the entire assessment team.
