Interview
After passing initial round interview,i received confirmation on email that my application will proceed to the next stage of recruitment process where I will meet with Hiring Managers that will conduct a more comprehensive review of my skills and qualifications. After one month I received another email where they state that due to a high volume of applications (they changed their mind) they will proceed with other candidates. Two weeks later they repeated the position on job board again. So unprofessional, deceiving and waste of time,I will never apply for this company again.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Mainly competency-based questions with an open-ended technical discussion based on a schematic of an erroneously designed centrifugal pump. Three weeks between interview and interview feedback for which the recruiter apologised. Feedback was unconstructive and unhelpful.
