Three rounds phone interview. Very friendly. I think they mainly want to seek candidcates with strong motivation and commitment in consulting industry. Also, some questions to test your case cracking ability.

First round : online test, second round : 2 interviews with junior people. They seem to be bored since the beginning of the interview, one of them was even late. Overall :messy process, never got a reply.

Es wurden zwei Cases vorgestellt, die gelöst werden sollten durch logische Annahmen, z.B. einer Markteinschätzung und die Restriktionen des Marktes (Regelgebung). Danach folgte noch ein persönliches Gespräch mit eine HR Mitarbeiterin, über den Lebenslauf.
