Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.

3 step interview process after the online assessment. The first one is with a consultant, second one with a project manager, third one with a partner. The structure is similar for the first two: half hour for fit interview half hour for case interview. The partner instead focus more on your way of thinking, does not propose a case but just a broad question that you have to be good in structuring

Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
