Hard but fair. Keep practicing until you get it. Grasp of spoken English is important. Communication is key. They also expect efficiency from employees. Complete your work in within a reasonable standard when you submit.

I applied online 3 times using different sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, website) so I'm not sure which one did the trick but months later I got an email back. I did 4 rounds of phone/online interviews over the course of over a month. During one interview, they went through my reel and interviewed me about every project on it. They even offered some criticism on some of the work. Aside from that, it was all standard interview questions and meet&greets with the team.
