Was contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn. Had good phone interview. Recruiter was very positive on the phone, said salary was in line with what they were prepared to pay. He said in email that he would be promoting me for the position as I was 'very qualified'. Then it went completely cold -- I followed up with emails every 3rd-4th day. First they search me out, promote me, then decide not interested? Seems odd.
