I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Washington, DC) in Apr 2016
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. She took care of the planning, and I showed up. When I met the sales manager, I could sense the intense phonyness emanating from him. I also interviewed with a manager in the recruiting department, but the gentleman in sales already damaged the situation. I will not continue with a second interview if they ask.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
1) Phone Screen with Director
2) Video Interview with Director
3) Video Interview with Division Director
4) Video Interview with Team Members and shadow session which was like a virtual bullpen to listen in on others making calls
