They put me in a situational interview with no heads up that this would even be happening. There was no opportunity for me to ask questions before the interview after I spoke with someone on the HR team. Until this day I still have no idea if the salary or the job would have been a match because they were so evasive in the interview process. I would describe my interview process with Ritual as bizarre and off putting. I am relieved to be reading these other reviews since I know it's a reflection of how the company treats their candidates and my poor experience was not a one off.

3 rounds of panels and a phone interview with hr. There was values fit, a case study and an analysis panel. All on one day, which was efficient. The answer came back within a week

Interview
At first there was an over the phone screening, which then lead to a 45 minute one on one with the Manager if moved forward. After the 1:1, there was either an offer or decline.
