1.) Phone interview by talent (recruiter): Recruiter asked basic screening questions ( Reason for applying to position etc.)
2.) Phone interview with hiring manager : Technical questions related to the position
3.) On site interview featuring two panels ( 3 to 4 people on each panel): Different scenario questions related to past experiences (both technical and soft skills)

Interview
Get an email from talent aquisition. Phone/teams interview that lasts about 20min, about background and qualifications. Get second, panel interview if you have the correct qualifications. Panel interview is based on behavioral (STAR] questions based on company ETHOS. 2 panels with 2 people, and also interview 1:1 with managers. Very nice folks and did everything to make you feel comfortable.
