I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds American (Santa Fe, NM) in Jun 2012
Interview
Phone interview was a pretty easy process, something that I'd imagine is the norm for call centers now a days. Video was kind of awkward, seeing yourself on video and trying to get the look and feel you want to portray is interesting. The 3 panel interview process was all done in one day. You get to meet 3 teams of managers and directors from within the company. All 3 panels have different questions and situations that you have to answer or work through.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle speaking with an irate customer?
Was a positive experience, with some good questions asked, met some nice people between both the recruiter and the hiring manager, I had to send in my CV, fast process, good communication and good feedback.
