I was interviewed by both Directors of SMB Sales. Both interviews were pretty much a joke. All it was for almost an hour were questions like "so tell me, how bad do you want this job?" and "why a change now".

Easy. I was interviewed for all of 15 minutes. I know the interview process has changed. They just brought me in and told me about the position. I can't even remember a question they asked me.
