Thank you for your recent review of your candidate experience. As a company we work hard to build solid relations with candidates and want their experience with us to be time well spent. We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, or ours for that matter.
To provide context, this situation was unfortunate and unique as the mix up was in the date, rather than the time of the scheduled interview. Rather than ask that you return on another date altogether, we moved quickly to alter all internal commitments and timetables to allow us to proceed as best as possible. The interruption of one our interviewers was unavoidable given the situation, and we regret that you were left with the perception that your time was not valued. We don't know for certain how this happened to begin with, but have not taken it lightly and will work to ensure that confusion does not occur in the future.
