Interview
Mainly asked about my education experience and my knowledge on different programming languages such as java, C++, etc. Having previous programming projects done also helps. After the phone call you have to take a test to see how much do you know and to see where your current skill level is at. It is not a test you can study for it uses math and critical thinking skill and will take about an hour.
It started off with a video recorded technical questions. Next, it went on to a 30 minute multiple choice question test. It was harder than expected and I was short on time.

Interview
Talked to someone on the phone who asked me what I knew and then set up a video interview for me. He sent me study material for the interview that covered OOP, SQL, java/c#, and web technologies.
Took the video interview; interviewer asked about a project and she read questions off a list in fairly rapid succession. Lasted about 15-20 minutes, and then received a job offer about an hour or 2 later.
