I've never had an interview over the Internet before, and never even had a technical interview for that matter, so maybe this is normal, but I was asked about two questions on basic OOP concepts, after which I was sent some coding challenges and told to let the interviewer know when I was finished. I sent him a chat message when I was done, and did not receive a reply for about half an hour, at which point I called my recruiter and asked what I was supposed to do. She told me to email her the code and she would forward it to him. About five minutes later I received a call from the interviewer saying that I needed to come back and we were not done. He then asked me maybe 20 more questions about OOP concepts, Java, and SQL. It wasn't a difficult interview, but pretty disorganized.
