Republic Western Insurance interview questions

I first had a phone interview, then I was called back to do an in-person interview where I was offered the position. I had applied for a part-time, temporary clerical position. I've been employed with them for 5 years fulltime and 2 promotions.

Met with heads of dept and was lead to believe they were going to offer me the job. Then they ghosted me. No response to emails. Didn't even have the courtesy to send an email stating that they selected another candidate. If a company treats you this poorly *before* you become an employee, can you imagine how they would treat you once on board? Unacceptable.
