3 rounds of interviews, straight forward process, easy to answer questions, think of star method. No round was more difficult than the others. I would recommend applying if looking for a part time role.

The interview was composed of: Email interview phone chat a mock client assignment, It lasted for several months long (turnaround time). They wanted to know my availability, and seemed to prefer very wide availability but not necessarily provide assurance of clients to cover (potentially pre-blocked availability)
- Perform a client housing search given certain qualifications from the mock client, and write up findings cohesively.

Fast growing startup but lack of internal alignment. Every single interviewer had a different idea of the purpose of the role, were totally lost on what defines success, wasn't even sure how they would directly with the person in that position. Made it to final round, but didn't click with the last interviewer. Also no longer wanted the position at the end.
- How would you approach this position, what's the first thing you would do?

I was contacted through LinkedIn. They didn't contact me at the scheduled time, and the meeting link wasn't included in the invitation. To confirm, I had to email the recruiter. The same recruiters are used for hiring gig workers as for hiring product managers, which is not ideal. The recruiter was poorly briefed about the questions, the role, and the process. Their process does not seem well-structured.
- Tell me about yourself 0-1 growth experince

The interview process has been phenomenal. I began with a recruiter two weeks ago, and have proceeded through several levels. Each interview felt like a friendly conversation, rather than a typical interview. Feedback and communication have been quick and beyond expectations.
- How do you feel about working in a fast pace environment?

Ich fand die Terminbuchung super einfach online, mit Calend.ly . Das Prozess war professionell. Es gab eine freundliche atmosphere. Kurze Vorsetellung der Firma und dann das Job. Relevante Fragen an mich. Nette Mitarbeiter. Hat alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Schnelle Rückmeldung
- Was sind günstigere Vierteln in München zum wohnen die gute Verbindung zum Zentrum haben?

Multi-step interview process--four interviews. Interviewed with various folks across the organization. Gave me great insight into the culture of the company and the type of people working there. I appreciated the chance to get to know so many people.
- Focused on challenging customer service situations and how I approached solving them

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relocity (San Jose, CA) in May 2022
Two online meetings with a time-consuming case study. After spending all that time on the case study, no one got back to me. They claim they fight human trafficking but want to keep employees under 30 hours so they don't have to pay benefits. I feel like they wanted the case study to collect data for their app. Extremely unprofessional and unethical practices. Complete waste of time.
- What would you tell a client who wanted to move to San Francisco but had a budget of $2000?
