Interview
2 rounds. First round is a phone interview with basic behavioral questions (e.g. What are your strengths? Why did you pick your major? Why Reicon?). Second round is a 2 hour affair at the office where you interview with everyone at the firm. Questions were standard behavior questions (e.g. Walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself). Overall, it was a very pleasant process.

Interview
First round was a phone interview asking me to talk through my resume and demonstrate why I was interested in the position and what made me the right choice for the position. Second round interview was an all day round of interviews with the two managing partners of the firm and other employees as well as person that would be boss if hired.
