2 rounds. First round is a phone interview with basic behavioral questions (e.g. What are your strengths? Why did you pick your major? Why Reicon?). Second round is a 2 hour affair at the office where you interview with everyone at the firm. Questions were standard behavior questions (e.g. Walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself). Overall, it was a very pleasant process.
