I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Lots of rounds, culminating in a full day onsite interview. The rounds prior to the onsite were great and everyone was a pleasure to meet. The onsite was grueling and not a valid representation of a typical workday. The onsite was too long and not a fair assessment of a candidate.

Question 1
SQL whiteboarding question, along with a leetcode type question via personal laptop
Recruiter missed our phone screen, set up follow up call a few hours later, missed that one as well and then ghosted me when I tried to follow up. Waste of time.

Question 1
Trying contact with recruiter and as hardest interview of my life.
Cool interviewer, No stress. There is a recruiter call then a technical screen and then a round of interviews. All the best. First round of technical interviews is for SQL concepts.
