Reddit Software Engineer interview questions

Challenging but fair, we went through some system design challenges and explored a few different technical problems and solutions. The interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions in details after the interview.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out. Started with a recruiter call, then proceeded to a backend programming technical phone screen. Then moved to the hiring manager round, and afterwards the onsite which consisted of another backend programming round, a systems design round, and a behavioral round. Interesting but practical questions.
