I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Recorded Future (Washington, DC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied for the position and about four days later a recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. The phone interview went very well and was later directed to speak to the hiring manager. The hiring manager, who is very nice, asked me general questions and a few days later the recruiter got in touch with me requesting that I fly to the DC office to have an interview with the team. Like the hiring manager, the team was very cordial and nice. They asked me specific questions related to the role. After that interview I received word from the recruiter that the team enjoyed their time with me and that the next step was to have a conversation with the Senior Director of Intelligence; also very cordial. This conversation also went well. The last step was to speak to the CEO through a video chat. The questions he asked were more along the lines of who I was as a person than in regards to the role, although we did speak about the role too. The next day I was offered the position. While it may seem like this was a long process, everything went fairly smooth and quick. I would highly recommend job seekers to apply for a role at Recorded future. Their interview process appears to be straightforward regardless of receiving an offer or not.

3. A final interview with 3 team members via an hour-long Google meet video session.
4. References checks
