Interview
Kelley Newhouse recruiter did a phone interview and katherine Armstrong interviewed me one on one.
Both were nice and made me feel wanted. I like the fact that they wanted me to join the move.com team.
The issue that I had is that there was a big difference in what they quoted on the commission, Kelly was much higher in her numbers then Katherine ( 30-40k of a difference)I felt Katherine's numbers were more realistic.

Interview
There is a three part interview process (recruiter, manager, director.) They have you do a role play in second and third interview. They asked fairly simple scenario questions and questions pertaining to self growth and sale methodology.

Interview
Went through 4 interviews. It took weeks to get my offer, which made me worried. I was please with my salary offer though and have been pleased with the company!
Easy interview, pretty standard process. They want someone who can sell and not be afraid to pick up the phone. Asked a lot about past dial and call metrics and expectations.
