After spending 1 month of the interview process with 4-5 rounds they didn't even provide any feedback.after continuous follow up they just said it didn't go through. And the reason they metnioned is package expectations are high. When they know they can't afford some candidate's expectations why to waste this much of time. You should set expectatiions before interview process itself. And you say Realpage is good paymaster but finally didn't even provide feedback also after 3 weeks of having last round of interview also. HR's complain candidates do bodyshopping with offer letters. Then what you are doing. You just have pool of candidates and see who comes for cheap and get them on board. All fine but you should atleast provide proper feedback becuase as candidate also spend lot of time and preparation for the interview process. It's entirey un-professional. Finally don't waste candidates time , atleast give timely feedback . Everyones time is important.

they took 2 rounds of interview, one is technical and second is by Director and one more from onsite office. Asked about all the technologies mentioned in resume, especially SOLID principles and each principle with examples, Angular, WebAPI authentication. SQL server questions like performance tuning, stored sub programs and indexes.

Thanks to the recruiter who scheduled and complete the whole interview process in a complete smooth manner. I went through the 3 different levels of interview process, and it was went quite good. Technical interview and manager round was really interestingly done, I haven't expected such a clean process from a product based company. Especially in this Pandemic situation, company didn't waste the candidate time and efforts and they have checked my profile clearly. They focused only on the specific topics which I have been used in my experience and couple of questions Out of the box as well. Overall, it's really great experience for me with RealPage.
