I applied through Dell EMC website, one week later I had a phone interview with a Dell recruiter. The call was weird, only explained the job duties and asked me if I liked them. Then they set up an interview with 4 team members. Behavioral questions most of the time, one of the guys asked a lot of things based on my resume, looks like never read it. After all, it was a great experience nice environment and great people.
