phone interview around 30 min, mostly normal behavioral questions based on my cv and asked a bit about market news. average level, not too hard, just chill and be confident

like tell me about yourself and what do you see the market in five years
behavioural, pretty chill. interviewer was one of the employees not HR. She was an employee in a department related to Data and they are the mentors that are assigned students accepted to the program.
mostly behavioral, round with an analyst to get into the program and from there you have coffee chats with directors and analysts and hopefully get a superday for junior internship
