It was a 30 minutes interview process. General behavioural questions. They asked about past work experience and projects. Challenges faced, key strengths, hypothetical Q&As. Overall, it was an average interview experience. Interviewers were friendly but seemed new to the interviewing process.

They asked you to describe yourself first. Then they mostly asked questions about leadership and how are you as a leader. Questions required the interviewee to use STAR method to answer them.
