The process was swift, efficient, and their questions were intriguing. The hiring managers really tailor the questions to their personality and try to find out if you match their attitude based on your answers.
the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
