I was referral by a friend, but I also applied online at the same time. Then they set up an interview with me with sales manager and branch manager. Next day I got the job offer,

You apply then 1 week later you have to take an online simulation test.After that you are invited for a skype interview with on of the hr,last step is an in person interview.
