It was a 30 mins phone interview. The interview contained mostly Java and Object Oriented Programming questions. There were three interviewers: one Service Delivery Manager, one full time employee, and one co-op.

Series of online tests prior to any in person or online phone calls that consisted of games to complete. I was disappointed that they did not first have an interview or at least a discussion with someone from the company prior to the tests.
