      Manager WFM Interview

      Aug 5, 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2010

      Interview

Initially I was shown a very high level of interest from Organization. I was asked to provide a detailed written input on all aspects of my job - which I did. I was asked to relocate to Mississauga on successful completion of this interview.. Later on, I failed to get any response on my fitment - positive or negtive despite several emails and phone calls from my end to Recruiting POC. This was disappointing and very unprofessional. I do not expect such service levels from an organization of repute, like RBC. Its a general courtesy to respond to applicants irrespective of whether one is a select or reject. Avoiding an interaction with Candidate on the part of recruiter doesn't yield anything. On my part this reflects the general organizational culture and how people are valued - I would carefully think about joining them even if extended an offer.
